In pursuit of the empowerment of excellent girls

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower all girls to live confidently, lead fearlessly, and grow into women who support and encourage one another. We do this by providing guidance and advice to young girls to help them become more prepared for high school, college, and their careers. A Fearless Female is a girl who is not afraid of defying the stereotypes she is put in. She stands confident in her ways and is an asset to any community she is in. She will help inspire other young girls to feel as empowered as she is.

Our Program

Over the course of three months, we will work together in a group to discuss the opportunities and activities that are critical in every ambitious young woman’s career before high school, college, and their careers. This mentorship program will consist of seven sessions where we will meet as a group to learn together and from one another.
